ORDER PROCESSING:

Ampersand Design Pte Ltd does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders take up 5 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order.

This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Ampersand Design Pte Ltd does not have a proprietary tracking system.
